I know, it seems like I’m blogging everywhere but here these days!
I have a new post up today at EMU’s Debuts called “Based on True Events”–it’s about the surprising way that reality sometimes sneaks into fiction. If you’re a fellow writer, I’d love to hear about a scene or aspect of your book that readers wouldn’t guess was drawn from real life!
The post also contains cute (and totally relevant) pictures of my former bunnies. 🙂
And Andy and I also have another post up on our travel blog called “Shark, Whale, Lamb-dog, and Other Foods of Iceland,” which clearly requires no further explanation.
Happy reading!
The bunny is so cute. Where do you find this rotten shark hanging? I guess I would never try it. 😉
I’m sorry I never responded to this! You can find the rotten shark hanging at Bjarnarhofn, on the Snaefellsnes Peninsula in Iceland. It’s basically a little maritime museum and rotten-shark farm a couple of hours away from Reykjavik. Totally worth visiting!

Thanks for the hint. We pass Bjarnarhöfn, but we didn’t know that there is a shark museum. Maybe I visit that museum next time. 😉
Yay! The rotten shark post!!
